How are we getting ahead of the curve?

Today we’re launching a blog. We know we’re behind the curve. By our estimate, we’re 500 years late. How’s that you ask?

Blogs have been around since Martin Luther used the printing press to distribute his thesis. In the 1700s, Thomas Paine disseminated his ideas through blogging, which back then people called pamphleteering. This web site is our printing press – our way to share original content about retirement planning with you.

We already offer our ideas through seminars and meetings with our customers. We also distribute an e- newsletter. So why a blog?

Our blog is a way for us to distill and record our personal observations about retirement planning in a faster way for those who visit these pages. There’s a lot of hype and, frankly, misinformation about retirement strategies. Our aim, in part, is to filter the fads from the facts, so you can make educated choices. So, while we may be behind the curve in starting a blog, our knowledge of the industry is well ahead.

We want you to use the email address below (I assure you your emails and questions will come to me) to suggest topics or ask questions about the content of our blog. What we will not do with this blog is promote a specific product or company. Instead, through anecdotes and examples, we hope to make retirement planning easier to understand.

Enjoy our posts and welcome to the blog.

Sincerely,

Brett Moldenhauer
